Job Responsibilities
● Mow residential lawns using a push mower.
● Trim and edge lawns for a clean, professional finish.
● Clean up grass clippings and leave each property looking its best.
● Safely operate and care for company equipment and vehicles.
● Maintain a professional attitude with customers and coworkers.
Pay Details
● Hourly wage starts at $18.00 per hour.
● Earn an additional $5 for each house completed.
● Employees are paid from the first scheduled property to the last scheduled property each workday.
● Breaks are unpaid.
● Payroll is processed every two weeks.
Requirements
● Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
● Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
● Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
● Able to lift, push, and operate lawn care equipment safely.
● Lawn care experience is an asset but not required—we’re willing to train the right person.
