Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Luxury Product- Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with high-end clients and expanding our market presence through strategic business development and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales expertise, particularly in outside sales, negotiation, and B2B environments, with a passion for luxury goods. Fluency in Spanish is preferred to effectively serve diverse clientele. This position offers an exciting opportunity to represent premium products and build lasting client relationships in a fast-paced, upscale market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies for outside sales to identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
- Engage with prospective clients through direct outreach, networking events, and industry functions to promote luxury products
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to close sales effectively while maintaining client satisfaction
- Manage key accounts by providing personalized service, understanding client needs, and ensuring long-term loyalty
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate leads
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage client information, and forecast sales performance
- Provide technical product information and demonstrations tailored to client requirements
- Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales within the luxury or high-end market segment
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Business development expertise with a track record of expanding client portfolios
- Excellent account management capabilities focused on building long-term relationships
- Proficiency in marketing strategies relevant to luxury products and brand positioning
- Analytical skills to interpret market data and sales metrics for strategic planning
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing customer interactions and sales pipelines
- Customer service orientation with exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish (preferred)
- Technical knowledge related to luxury products or related industries is a plus
