Heatherbrae Builders Co Ltd is looking for a full time Safety Coordinator
Position Responsibilities:
· Support site supervisors and foremen in their roles and providing necessary safety advice for job sites up and down the island
· Promote site safety
· Ensure that site workers conduct in accordance with WSBC Regulations, Government Regulation and Company Policies
· Engage with site workers to encourage safety on site
· Perform site inspections to ensure safety standards are being met
· Develop and implement safe work procedures
· Conduct and document toolbox meetings
· Perform site orientations for new workers
· Review and update documentation required for the company's Safety Program
· Ensure safety regulations are being followed and perform disciplinary measures
Requirements:
· 3 years of experience within the construction field with at least one year in the role of CSO
· CSO certification and Advanced First Aid
· Experience on a variety of project types
· Good organizational and documentation management skills
· Ability to work additional hours as necessary
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Assist with other duties as requested.

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
