Position Overview: We seek a highly skilled and detail-oriented technician that can manage projects, people and customers. You can also manage and mentor co-workers while ensuring that projects are conceived, executed and commissioned to the highest standards.
You are known for your positive attitude, kindness, and empathy. You view customer service challenges as opportunities. You are proactive and capitalize on opportunities to support and grow our team.
Primary daily tasks include
- installation of heat pumps
- comprehensive heat pump maintenance services
- repair and troubleshooting of all brands of heat pumps.
- mentoring apprentices
- job site surveys and estimating
- customer relations
Your skills include
- advanced refrigeration and electrical diagnostic methods
- ability to organize, track and follow through on your assignments
- ability to communicate with clients in challenging situations
- advanced heat pump diagnostic and installation skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
