Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative Clerk (Temp) to support our team during the busy season. This short-term, part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, is comfortable communicating with customers over the phone, and is highly proficient with Google Workspace.
This is a seasonal contract position lasting approximately 1.5 months, with the possibility of future opportunities based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Send emails to customers regarding scheduled services.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Provide administrative support using Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Docs).
- Answer and make customer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist with general office tasks as needed.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all communications.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative or customer service experience is an asset.
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working over the phone with customers.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable and dependable with a positive attitude.
Work Schedule
Part-Time: Approximately 15–25 hours per week.
Contract duration of approximately 1.5 months with chance of extension into another role.
