Our practice continues to grow, and we are looking for an outstanding Real Estate Paralegal to join our team.

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated paralegal with approximately 2–5 years of Alberta residential real estate experience who is looking for the next step in their career.
You will manage residential purchase, sale, refinance and transfer files from opening through reporting while working closely with clients, lenders, REALTORS®, and opposing counsel.
You will also work alongside two experienced senior real estate paralegals who are committed to maintaining a high standard of client service and supporting the continued growth of our team.

Responsibilities
- Manage residential real estate files from opening through final reporting
- Prepare and review purchase, sale, refinance and transfer documentation
- Review lender instructions and satisfy mortgage conditions
- Communicate professionally with clients, REALTORS®, lenders and opposing counsel
- Coordinate signing appointments and closing requirements
- Ensure files are completed accurately and on time
- Maintain excellent client service throughout each transaction
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of Alberta residential real estate conveyancing experience
- Strong understanding of Alberta Land Titles procedures and lender requirements
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple files while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Experience with Unity, eConveyance or similar conveyancing software is considered an asset
