About the Role
Gulf Operators is currently seeking a Shipper/Receiver to support our Maintenance operations. This role is critical to keeping our yards and maintenance facilities running efficiently by managing all shipping and receiving activities, maintaining organized and safe yard conditions, and supporting technicians with timely parts and materials.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all shipping, receiving, and issuing of parts and materials for maintenance and operations
- Maintain 5S standards across yards and storage areas.
- Fulfill parts requests for shop technicians and ensure accurate order completion
- Manage returns of parts and cores, including weekly vendor returns
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory control activities
- Schedule and monitor yard activity, including movement and storage of goods and vehicles
- Support the management of yard systems such as the card lock fuel system, waste oil tank, and oil-water separator
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple tasks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
