GAO Research Inc. is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Chinese-speaking students or recent graduates located in Canada to join our Tech Support team as virtual interns. This role provides valuable hands-on experience in technical support, customer service, and client communication, supporting global customers with cutting-edge technology products.

Provide first-level technical assistance to customers by diagnosing issues, answering product-related questions, and guiding users.

Develop a strong understanding of GAO Research’s hardware and software products to assist clients effectively.

Maintain accurate records of issues, solutions provided, and feedback for continuous improvement.

Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, sales, product development) to resolve complex technical issues.

Participate in ongoing training to stay updated with product updates and new technologies.

Enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is required for communication with clients and partners in China.

Knowledge of Chinese business culture and communication styles is a strong asset for this role.

Basic understanding of computer networks, software, and hardware troubleshooting.

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently in a fully remote environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
