Responsibilities include :
- Ensuring quality control of baked goods
- Performing all duties associated with finishing and packing products, stocking shelves, rotation of products and inventory
- Providing customers with respectable, efficient, courteous service
We are ideally seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
Self motivated, reliable, responsible, friendly and hard working
Food handling certificate and experience is an asset
Ability to handle sharp knives for food prep is required
Ability to handle multiple demands and make tough decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Commitment to cooperative values and principles
Sense of urgency, and customer first attitude
Capable of performing long periods of static standing, bending, twisting, and requires the potential applicant to lift up to 50lbs unassisted
