The Role
We are seeking a passionate, full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join clinical family. In this role, you won't just clean teeth—you will be a vital partner in our patients' total health journey, utilizing modern tools to deliver top-tier preventive care and world-class service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Excellence: Perform routine dental cleanings and comprehensive periodontal maintenance.
- Patient Care & Service: Deliver excellent customer service by addressing patient questions and concerns professionally, putting them at ease.
- Advanced Diagnostics: Take and develop Full-Mouth Series (FMS) X-rays and utilize digital/alginate impression techniques for study models and appliances.
- Patient Advocacy: Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and personalized preventive care.
- Doctor-Hygiene Synergy: Assist the dentist during examinations and specialized treatments when needed.
- Accurate Records: Maintain meticulous, detailed patient records and documentation.
- Sterilization & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized treatment area and strictly follow infection control protocols (including sterilizing instruments according to OSHA, IPAC, and regulatory standards) to ensure a safe, sterile environment for everyone.
- Continuous Growth: Stay updated with the latest dental hygiene techniques, technologies, and industry trends.
What You Bring to the Team
We are looking for a proactive professional who loves what they do and values a harmonious workplace.
Qualifications:
- Education: A degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited college.
- Licensure: Active licensure/registration with the CDHO or CDHA.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Dentrix software is a must.
- Experience: Prior experience working in a dental office is preferred, but a stellar attitude and a willingness to learn are just as important!

Working Hours:
- Mondays: 10AM-7PM
- Tuesdays: 8AM-5PM
- Wednesdays: 8AM-5PM
- Thursdays: 8AM-5PM
Pay: $45.00-$52.00 per hour
