What You'll Be Doing
As an Occupational Therapist, you'll work with clients in their homes and communities to help them regain their independence and improve their quality of life.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive occupational therapy assessments
- Developing individualized treatment plans and recommendations
- Delivering client-centered, goal-oriented therapy programs
- Educating clients and caregivers
- Collaborating with physicians, rehabilitation assistants and an interdisciplinary care team
- Supporting clients throughout their rehabilitation journey

What You'll Bring
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
- Experience in acute care, rehabilitation or community-based rehabilitation is preferred
- Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
- Knowledge of community resources is an asset
- Positive work and attendance record
- Comfortable learning new technology and clinical applications
