About the Role
You’ll be installing and repairing residential and commercial roofs across BC alongside a crew that holds itself to a higher standard than most. This is a full-time, permanent position with a real career path — not a summer filler job. Ridgeline provides the tools, gear, and core training you need to get started.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Installing shingled and flat roofing systems on residential and commercial properties in Prince George and Nanaimo (Vancouver Island)
- Working as part of a close, high-output crew where everyone pulls their weight and looks out for each other
- Keeping job sites clean, safe, and professional from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave
- Completing paid Fall Arrest training and required safety training as part of your onboarding
- Growing within the trade, with apprenticeship sponsorship available for long-term team members who show commitment and strong alignment with the company

What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of roofing installation experience
- Shows up on time and takes pride in the work
- Thrives in a crew — team sports background is a bonus
- Willingness to learn and adapt — experience matters, but mindset is still a major part of who we hire
- Professional conduct on and off the job site — no smoking, no profanity, no cutting corners
- A valid BC driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
- Thinking about a future in the trade, not just a paycheck
Compensation & Perks
- $23–$40/hour based on experience and growth
- 4 x 10-hour shifts per week — overtime available in peak season
