Job Overview:
We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team at Club Mojo's. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, handling cash transactions for Video Lottery Terminals (VLTs), and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service and foster a positive experience for all guests.
- Oversee and assist patrons with the use of VLT machines, including handling payouts and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Process cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar and VLT area.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and liquor service regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- ProServe Certification.
- ReelFacts Certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a high-energy environment.
- Comfortable handling cash transactions for VLTs.
Job Type: Part-time
