Job Overview
This is a full-time contractor role for someone who enjoys talking to business owners, identifying their needs, booking sales conversations, and helping them understand how Purna Web’s services can support their growth.
You will be responsible for prospecting, outreach, follow-up, qualifying leads, booking discovery calls, and helping move potential clients through the sales pipeline. The ideal person is organized, proactive, comfortable with CRM tools, and excited about selling digital marketing, websites, automation, AI solutions, and business growth services. Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through email, phone, LinkedIn, social media, networking platforms, and other approved outreach channels.
- Book qualified discovery calls and consultations for Purna Web.
- Conduct initial sales conversations when needed.
- Understand client pain points related to websites, branding, lead generation, CRM automation, marketing systems, and business growth.
- Clearly explain Purna Web’s services and value in a simple, consultative way.
- Follow up with leads consistently through CRM, email, phone, and messaging.
- Maintain accurate records of all leads, conversations, follow-ups, and sales activity inside the CRM.
- Help prepare or send proposals, quotes, and next-step communication.
- Support webinar, networking, and campaign-based lead generation efforts.
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage time effectively to meet daily sales targets and organizational goals
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone or via digital channels
- Work closely with the founders and marketing team to improve the sales process.
Experience
- Previous experience in sales, business development, lead generation, appointment setting and client acquisition.
- Strong communication skills in English (English plus additional languages) are a significant advantage
- Confidence speaking with business owners, founders, and decision-makers.
- Ability to explain digital services in a simple and professional way.
- Comfortable with outreach, follow-up, and relationship-building.
- Experience using CRM tools, email platforms, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, or similar tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as a contractor.
- Organized, reliable, and consistent with daily sales activity.
- Prior experience in upselling techniques and maintaining excellent phone etiquette is desirable
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn Purna Web’s services, offers, and sales process.
Nice to have
- Experience selling websites, digital marketing, SEO, branding, CRM, automation, SaaS, AI tools, or agency services.
- Experience with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar CRM platforms.
- Experience selling to small businesses, service-based businesses, healthcare professionals, therapists, coaches, consultants, or local businesses.
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold email, phone sales, webinars, or networking-based sales.
Compensation
This is a contractor role with a base retainer plus commission structure.
Compensation will be based on experience, sales ability, and agreed performance expectations. Commission and bonus opportunities are available for closed deals.
