Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice for Mondays and wednesdays. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and will have experience in various dental procedures, including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, and oral surgery. This role requires proficiency in dental terminology, medical documentation, and adherence to HIPAA regulations. The Dentist will work collaboratively with our team to ensure the highest standards of patient assessment and treatment.
Duties
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages.
- Diagnose and treat dental conditions, including but not limited to general dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery.
- Conduct dental extractions and root canal therapy as necessary.
- Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide optimal patient care.
- Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
- Strong understanding of dental terminology, anatomy knowledge, and medical terminology.
- Familiarity with medical imaging techniques relevant to dentistry.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and assessment.

Pay: $50,000.00-$300,000.00 per year
