About the RoleWe’re hiring a Marketing Operations & Brand Associate to help build and scale our marketing engine.
This role is designed for an early-career professional who is equally comfortable executing campaigns and building brand assets. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day marketing execution while helping shape how we present ourselves to the market.
You’ll work directly with the VP of Operations to support key client relationships, drive marketing initiatives, and help operationalize how we engage with our clients. If you’re someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys both creative and analytical work—this role will give you broad exposure and real responsibility early.
What You’ll Do
1. Design & Brand Support
- Create and maintain marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, one-pagers) aligned with brand guidelines
- Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all materials
- Work in tools like Adobe Suite to adapt and prepare client assets for use within our platform
- Support light creative needs across sales and marketing
2. Marketing Operations & & Growth Support
- Build, launch, and manage email marketing campaigns using HubSpot
- Support outbound initiatives focused on customer engagement and revenue growth
- Track performance and continuously optimize campaigns
- Support list management, workflows, and marketing automation
- Execute campaigns aimed at driving product adoption and account expansion
- Support engagement initiatives for key client accounts
- Partner with client-facing teams to align marketing efforts with client needs
3. Website & Content Management
- Manage and update website content using HubSpot CMS
- Make ongoing improvements to layout, messaging, and branding
- Ensure site content stays fresh, accurate, and aligned with company priorities
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, or a related role within a fast-paced environment (SaaS, startup, or agency experience preferred)
- Hands-on experience with email marketing and CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
- Strong design sensibility with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar platforms
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly) to improve productivity, content creation, research, and workflow execution
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable learning new tools and systems quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working across both creative and analytical tasks
- Proactive, self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a bias toward action
- Interest in growing within an ambitious, early-stage scaling business

Working Model
- Hybrid: Available for 1–2 days per week in our GTA based office
- Flexible remote work for the remainder of the week
Compensation & Perks
- Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000
- Benefits package eligibility from date of hire
