Head of Graphic Design - RV SnapPad Calgary, AB | Full-time, Salaried | Hybrid (remote-eligible after onboarding)
About RV SnapPad
RV SnapPad started as the world's only permanent jackpad and has since grown into a leading manufacturer of proprietary, domestically made premium leveling accessories for RVs and motorhomes. We sell omni-channel through our own DTC website, Amazon, and wholesale, and are currently carried in over 1,000 RV dealerships across 5 countries. We're looking for a creative leader to own our brand's visual identity and help shape what this company looks like to the world.
The role
As Head of Graphic Design, you'll collaborate with Head of Marketing and our CMO as well as lead a team of two Jr. graphic designers to serve as the creative backbone of our Marketing Department. You'll help set the brand guidelines for our entire marketing team and hold everyone accountable to them, ensuring a consistent visual standard across everything we put out. You'll work closely with our CMO and Head of Marketing to hit campaign goals quarter over quarter.

What you'll do
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of two graphic designers, providing guidance and ensuring quality and deadlines are met
- Set the brand guidelines and ensure the entire marketing team adheres to them across all channels and materials
- Define and maintain a unified brand identity: fonts, colours, layouts, and tone
- Plan and execute B2C marketing campaigns for Shopify (Canada & US), Meta, and Google
- Manage the junior designers and/or produce all print and digital assets (web, social, ads, and more) on-brand and on deadline
- Collaborate with the CMO and Head of Marketing on yearly, quarterly, and monthly goals
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage external vendors
- Manage projects via Monday.com and files via Google Drive
What we're looking for
- Demonstrated experience leading or managing a design team
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Familiarity with digital ad creative principles for Meta and Google
- A strong portfolio demonstrating cohesive brand identity work across multiple channels
- Ability to juggle multiple deadlines with rigorous attention to detail
- Strong communicator who gives and receives feedback constructively
- Motion graphics or video editing experience is a bonus

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
