Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and personable Esthetician to join our small team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare treatments, facials, relaxation massage, pedicures and manicures. This role offers an opportunity to help clients look and feel their best in a professional, welcoming environment. The Esthetician will also assist with retail sales and front desk duties to ensure a seamless client experience.
Providing waxing services, tinting, brow lamination, lash lifts, eyelash extensions, nail enhancement services, and other services is a bonus but not required.

Duties
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments such as facials, pedicures, manicures, and massage services with precision and care
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products based on client needs
- Assist clients at the front desk, scheduling appointments and managing client records efficiently
- Engage in retail sales by recommending skincare products and upselling services to enhance client satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment and backbar area in compliance with health and safety standards
- Create positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Educate clients on skincare routines and product usage for optimal results
Skills
- Proven experience with spa treatments, holding a license or certification in esthetics
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Experience in retail sales and upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and team members
- Ability to handle front desk responsibilities including scheduling, check-in/check-out procedures, and client inquiries
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for helping clients achieve their beauty goals
- Knowledge of current skincare trends and products is preferred

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
