French inspired restaurant and bar on Hamilton's James St. N (steps from the West Harbour GO train station).
We are looking for highly skilled, professional and passionate line cook to join our restaurant kitchen, and in close collaboration with the general manager and head chef to join an amazing team and cultivate a world class guest experience.

- Follow head chef on menu prep and execution with changes as agreed.
- Ensure all prep, and all dishes are cooked and delivered to an excellent standard.
- Bring menu ideas to the head chef
- Ensure stock is always of highest quality and that we have what is needed to fulfil the menu daily through clear and consistent communication to the kitchen team.
- Keep inventory of station and liaise with head chef and kitchen team on what is needed for next day prep.
- To ensure the hygiene standard of the premises remain high.
- Ensure all training is provided as necessary.
- Ensure the kitchen remains clean and tidy following daily and weekly cleaning schedules which need to be signed off.
- Follow all health and safety protocols.
- Clear and kind communication and fostering an inclusive team environment
- Other duties as assigned;
- such as storing of daily deliveries, including but not limited to; perishible produce, meat and fish, as well as dry goods and janitorial supplies, up to 50kg
- daily cleaning duties, additional deep cleans as required, storage room arranging and upkeep
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
