Description of Duties:
- Restoration demo of commercial and residential properties
- Biohazardous work sites: mould, asbestos, water damage, bio-hazardous waste. (All biohazard work is completed following strict safety procedures, with proper training and protective equipment provided.)
- Cleaning & Junk Removal
- Driving company vehicles
- Daily time tracking and work orders
- Customer relations
- 40 Hours/ week, overtime may be required
- On-call rotation 1 week/month for after-hours emergency work
- Monday- Friday 8-4:30PM
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Current Class 5 Drivers License
- Current 3 years of consistent driving insurance
- Clean Drivers Abstract (3 years)
- Clean Criminal Record Check (required within 2 weeks of start date)
- Successful candidates will be required to provide a current criminal record check as a condition of employment.
- Experience with hand tools
- Good Physical Shape
- Ability to work independently and with a team
