About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of a real estate investment office in Vancouver. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable handling administrative coordination, document management, office operations, and basic accounting/IT support. The successful candidate should be proactive, trustworthy, humble and able to keep the office running smoothly.
We are also open to candidates with additional experience who can support other functional areas such as investments, accounting, tax etc. Salary can be adjusted depending on the candidate’s experience and skill set.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration & Support
· Manage day-to-day office operations
· Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, packages, and deliveries
· Maintain office supplies, and general office organization
· Answer phones and support general office communication
· Support management and team members with general administrative tasks
Document Management
· Maintain organized digital and physical files
· Track important documents such as invoices, agreements, insurance documents, legal records, and project files
· Assist with collecting documents for accounting, legal, banking, and project-related matters
Accounting and IT Support
· Basic bookkeeping or accounting support experience would be an asset
· Support basic troubleshooting for internet, printers, Microsoft Office, email, and shared drives
Qualifications
· Strong organizational, time-management skills and attention to detail
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
· Comfortable using digital filing systems such as SharePoint, OneDrive, or similar platforms
· Basic real estate, accounting, HR, or IT coordination experience would be an asset
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
