Duties

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing passenger needs courteously and professionally
- Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safety for all passengers and other road users
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and vehicle maintenance needs
- Communicate effectively with clients and dispatchers to coordinate schedules and address any issues during transit
