Kreative House Consulting in Brampton Central, ON is looking for one entry level event coordinator registration to join our 10 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working.
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Event Coordinator (Student / Entry-Level) to support the planning and execution of events. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in event production, marketing, and client coordination.
You will work closely with our team to bring creative concepts to life, assist with logistics, and ensure smooth event operations.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and coordinating events from concept to execution
- Support vendor sourcing, outreach, and communication
- Help manage event timelines, checklists, and run-of-show documents
- Coordinate event setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics
- Assist with guest registration, check-in, and attendee experience
- Support social media promotion and content capture during events
- Communicate with team members, clients, and partners as needed
- Help track inventory, supplies, and event materials
Qualifications

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program related to Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or similar
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends when required
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
- Must be able to carry up to 20-30lbs

Previous experience in events, hospitality, or customer service
- Experience with Canva, Google Workspace, or project management tools
