Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscaper/Labourer to join our outdoor maintenance team. This role involves supporting various landscaping and construction projects, ensuring the upkeep and enhancement of outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have a passion for horticulture, gardening, and landscape maintenance, with the ability to operate a variety of tools and equipment to deliver high-quality results.
Responsibilities
- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, and mulching
- Operate machinery such as excavators and power tools safely and efficiently
- Support irrigation system installation and repairs
- Use hand tools and mechanical equipment for digging, planting, and construction work
- Perform general site cleanup and debris removal to maintain a tidy work environment
- Assist with construction projects related to landscape development and hardscaping
- Conduct routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety protocols at all times during outdoor operations
Requirements
- Prior experience or knowledge in gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance is preferred
- Mechanical knowledge related to operating machinery such as excavators and power tools is a plus
- Ability to handle hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of irrigation systems and garden care techniques is advantageous
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team

Pay: $18.50-$23.50 per hour
