What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare and cook menu items to company specifications
- Work closely with fellow kitchen team members and management
- Assist with inventory counts and stock management
- Maintain high standards of food quality and consistency
- Meet service and ticket time expectations during busy periods
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation
- Contribute ideas to improve kitchen efficiency, procedures, and cost control
- Help create exceptional guest experiences through great food and teamwork
What We're Looking For

Qualifications
- Several years experience working in a busy restaurant kitchen
- Valid Food Safe Certification
- First Aid Level 1 Certification is considered an asset
