Senior Accident Benefits (AB) Lawyer – LAT Experience Required
Location: Mississauga / Toronto (Hybrid or Remote)
Nanda & Associate Lawyers is seeking an experienced Accident Benefits lawyer to independently manage a full caseload of SABS files.
This is not a training role. You must be able to handle files from intake through resolution, including LAT proceedings, with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
- Licensed lawyer in Ontario
- 5+ years plaintiff-side personal injury experience
- Strong, hands-on LAT experience
- Proven ability to run AB files independently
Responsibilities:
- Manage AB (SABS) files end-to-end
- Handle LAT matters (case conferences, motions, hearings)
- Communicate with insurers, experts, and clients
- Develop and execute file strategy independently
