Duties

- Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing engagement metrics through social media management tools.
- Contribute to the optimization of conversion rates through A/B testing and conversion optimization techniques.
- Help monitor and analyze website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEM tools, and other analytics platforms.
- Assist in managing content on WordPress and other content management systems, ensuring timely updates and accuracy.
- Support the creation of visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design principles.
- Aid in executing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Collaborate with team members on email marketing campaigns utilizing marketing automation tools to nurture leads and engage audiences.
- Contribute to performance marketing initiatives by analyzing data trends to improve campaign effectiveness across e-commerce channels.
Experience
- Basic understanding of SEO principles, SEM strategies, and digital marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz is a plus.
- Experience with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Twitter management tools.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design tasks.
- Working knowledge of WordPress or similar content management systems.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or SQL is advantageous but not required.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads (AdWords), and Google Tag Manager is preferred.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging content tailored for different audiences.
- Ability to analyze data insights to inform marketing strategies effectively.
