We are looking for a dedicated and personable Bell Attendant to join our team and help create unforgettable stays for our guests. What You’ll Do
- Be the first and last impression for our guests—greet with a warm smile and ensure smooth arrivals and departures
- Assist with luggage handling, storage, and guest room deliveries
- Help guests access our outdoor amenities, bicycles, canoes, kayaks, and paddleboards seasonally
- Provide local knowledge and recommendations to enhance guest stays
- Maintain the hotel’s welcoming atmosphere, keeping entrances tidy and assisting with property upkeep
- Be the first and last point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and farewell
- Support the Front Office team with additional tasks as needed
What You Bring to the Team
- A friendly and professional attitude—guest experience is your priority
- Ability to lift and move luggage up to 40 lbs
- Knowledge of Whistler and local attractions is a plus
- Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service is an asset but not required—we’ll train the right person
