Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established standards
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of food served
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
- Ability to work with raw meat (Chicken, Beef)
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order-taking
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Ability to work well under pressure during rush hour
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Fluent in English
