About the Role:
As a Client Success Associate, you play a vital support role within the Client Success team. This entry-level position is designed to provide a strong foundation in client service, operations, and communication. Your primary focus is to ensure smooth client follow-up and support after onboarding, while also participating in key internal processes that contribute to client satisfaction and retention.
This role will be hybrid and will require you to report to our downtown Toronto office 4-5 days per week with some flexibility.
Core Responsibilities
- Post-Onboarding Communication: Send follow-up materials and documentation to clients after kick-off and onboarding calls, ensuring all deliverables are timely, complete, and accurate.
- Client Email Support: Respond to incoming emails from clients or those forwarded from senior team members, maintaining a high level of professionalism and clarity in all communications.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule web calls and training sessions for clients, ensuring alignment with both internal and external calendars.
- Salesforce Updates & Documentation: Support client account leads and backups by maintaining accurate records in Salesforce, including meeting notes, status updates, and client communications.
- Internal Collaboration: Assist the team by capturing and organizing key details during client calls and internal discussions, contributing to shared visibility across the team.
- Geo Group Participation: Actively participate in assigned geographic team groups to support regional info and share updates on clients within each geo.
What Success Looks Like
- Clear and timely communication with clients, internal teams and to leads/backups.
- Well-organized and up-to-date Salesforce records/meeting notes.
- Dependable coordination and scheduling support.
- Consistent participation and contributions in group meetings (client success group, geo group meetings and company meetings).
- A proactive, growth-oriented mindset and willingness to take on new challenges and identify and act on opportunities for improvement (client facing documents, internal process etc).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university.
- Experience in a Client Success, Onboarding, or Customer Experience role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Background in construction and/or SaaS is a plus.
- The ability to commute to our downtown Toronto office.
