We are a busy, reputable, and rapidly growing private medical and wellness clinic seeking an experienced Cosmetic Injector to join our team in an independent contractor/freelance capacity.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced, growth-oriented Cosmetic Injector who already possesses strong skills in performing injectable treatments, confidence in treatment planning, and a passion for growing their own patient base within a supportive, high-potential clinic environment. While the clinic provides an established patient environment and marketing support, the ideal candidate is proactive in growing and maintaining their own clientele.
This is not an entry-level training position.
The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, highly motivated, and understands that success in aesthetics comes from a combination of:

- and proactive personal marketing/networking.
This role offers exceptional earning potential through a highly competitive commission structure designed to reward motivated injectors who actively grow and retain their clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cosmetic injectable treatments including: Neurotoxins, Dermal fillers, PRP for hair restoration and skin rejuvenation
- Conduct thorough consultations and develop customized treatment plans aligned with patient goals
- Assess facial anatomy, skin condition, and aesthetic goals to provide safe, effective recommendations
- Educate patients on treatment options, pre/post-care, skincare, and long-term treatment planning
- Conduct follow-up communication and post-treatment support when appropriate
- Maintain accurate charting and adherence to all medical and safety standards
- Contribute to clinic growth through patient retention, referrals, networking, and social media/marketing initiatives aligned with clinic values
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas and equipment
- Collaborate professionally with medical and non-medical staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience
Who You Are:
- A regulated healthcare professional with active licensure in Ontario (RN, RPN, NP, or MD)
- Experienced and formally trained in cosmetic injectables, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and PRP
- Comfortable independently assessing and treating aesthetic patients
- Knowledgeable in facial anatomy, cosmetic assessment, and complication management
- Confident in consultation, patient education, and treatment planning
- Self-motivated, professional, and capable of working independently
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Growth-minded and comfortable contributing to business growth through patient retention and self-promotion
- Familiarity with PS Suite and Ocean is an asset
- Social media and personal branding/marketing experience is considered a strong asset
Compensation & Opportunity
This role is structured for experienced injectors seeking flexibility, autonomy, and strong earning potential.
Compensation Includes:
- $25/hour base compensation
- 30% commission on treatments performed
