Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Full-Time Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, reliable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced retail environment. A passion for customer service and an interest in tire products will help you succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive store sales by delivering fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service.
- Manage and create social media content, ads, and messages to engage customers.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Educate customers on tire options, features, and benefits.
- Keep the store organized, clean, and welcoming.
- Safely lift and handle tires (up to 50 lbs) as needed.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer service or sales experience (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Experience creating ads or managing business social media (an asset).
- Tire product knowledge (a plus, but training provided).
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Comprehensive training provided.
