Duties & Responsibilities:
- Engage Customers Enthusiastically

- Initiate conversations and build rapport easily – Must be someone who loves to talk and makes people feel comfortable.
- Product Knowledge & Sales
- Assist customers in selecting products that suit their design, budget, and functional needs.
- Upsell and cross-sell items by actively listening and suggesting complementary products.
- Customer Service Excellence
- Create a memorable in-store experience by providing outstanding service at every stage of the customer journey.
- Build long-term relationships by maintaining a cheerful and reliable presence.
- Light Cleaning & Store Presentation
- Keep the showroom tidy, dust-free, and visually appealing.
- Restock and organize displays as needed to ensure an inviting environment.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with team members to support store goals and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Share a laugh, share ideas, and contribute to a fun and professional work atmosphere.
- A talkative, energetic, and joyful personality who loves engaging with people.
- A background in customer service or retail sales.
- Someone who laughs often, listens well, and creates positive vibes in the store.
- Light cleaning and store upkeep.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes positively.
- Experience in business development with a focus on identifying new opportunities.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Saanich, BC V8X 2S3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
