Responsibilities:
- Support and Assist the truck operator for various plumbing and sewer jobs. Trucks such as HydroVac, Combo, Flusher, Camera...
- Assist in setting up and operating equipment such as pumps, generators, and pipe-cutting tools as directed.
- Securing of open excavation
- Site preparation and clean-up as directed
- Securing and safely loading / unloading vehicles with supplies
- Lifting of man holes and/or camera inspection equipment.
- Secure work area and set up traffic control
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate work tasks
- Other duties as required
Experience:
- High school diploma or relevant experience
- Must have a G license at minimum
- Available for Monday-Friday (for a day shift) and possible on-call once a month
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Good verbal communication skills and able to work in TEAM environment
- Must be able to safely 50 lbs.
- Commitment to health and safety
- Ability to follow instructions
