Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and deliver high-quality hiring outcomes. This role focuses on developing effective hiring strategies, partnering with business leaders, and providing an exceptional candidate experience.
What's the Job?
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational hiring needs
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and provide expert guidance
- Source candidates through multiple channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and organizational fit
- Ensure a positive, professional, and inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and manage candidate data within tracking systems
- Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify improvements
- Provide regular updates to leadership on recruitment progress and hiring outcomes
- Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and evolving talent acquisition strategies
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and Canadian employment legislation
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results
