We are seeking a skilled and personable Nail Technician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nail care services while ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment. Duties
- Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail.
- Provide body waxing services as requested by clients, ensuring comfort and safety.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness according to industry regulations.
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or retail products.
- Upsell additional services and retail items to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Deliver excellent customer service by creating a relaxing atmosphere and addressing client needs promptly.
- Keep workstations organized, sanitized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and products through ongoing education.
Qualifications
- Valid esthetics or nail technician certificate required.
- Proven experience in nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel applications, acrylics, and nail art.
- Knowledge of body waxing procedures is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to promote retail sales through product recommendations and upselling techniques.
- Commitment to maintaining sanitation standards and adhering to safety protocols.
