Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Line Cook/Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. This hybrid role involves preparing food according to recipes, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and ensuring dishes and kitchenware are cleaned and sanitized efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
- Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment using proper sanitation procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas and assist with closing duties
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Previous kitchen experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
