Compensation
(Rates vary by region, experience, and assignment type)
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $38 – $45/hour
Travel, accommodations, and transportation support available for eligible assignments

Minimum Requirements
- Active BLS certification
- Active CLPNA license (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience working in Long-Term Care, Supportive Living, or continuing care environments
- Ability to work in rural and regional healthcare settings within Alberta
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality care to residents in Long-Term Care settings
- Support activities of daily living and chronic condition management
- Follow individualized resident care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Monitor, document, and report changes in resident condition
- Respond promptly to care needs and clinical situations
- Maintain accurate documentation according to facility standards
Work Locations
Assignments available across Alberta, including:
- Urban continuing care facilities
- Regional health centres
- Rural and remote communities
