We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role involves supporting various operational tasks across our facility, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, eager to learn, and committed to contributing positively to our team.
Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Support construction, maintenance, or manufacturing activities as directed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely under supervision
- Help with inventory management by moving supplies and products around the site
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Perform general manual tasks such as lifting, carrying, and stacking materials
Skills
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team
- Good communication skills and attention to safety procedures
- Basic understanding of workplace safety standards is a plus
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or similar roles is advantageous but not required
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as needed
