Your role with us:
Reporting to the HR Manager, The HR Generalist is responsible for delivery of day-to-day HR functions and administration, across recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, compliance and recordkeeping. Aligned with organizational strategies and corporate culture, the HR Generalist will provide customer focused and effective HR administration.
You will bring to the role:
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in HR Generalist roles.
- Bachelor’s degree with concentration in Human Resources.
- CPHR designation is an asset.
- Experience working with enterprise software systems and reporting.
- Experience in oil and gas industry and/or a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and teambuilding skills.
- Strong understanding of provincial and federal regulations and legislation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
