Position Overview
Feathered Oak Hunting Club is seeking a highly motivated Client Relations & Sales Coordinator to help grow the club while delivering an exceptional experience for our members and guests.
This is a dynamic role that changes with the season. During the summer months, the primary focus is outbound sales, following up with warm leads generated through our marketing campaigns and converting them into booked hunts and memberships for the upcoming fall season.
Once hunting season begins, the role shifts toward client coordination and hospitality, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless experience from arrival through departure while continuing to manage new inquiries and bookings.
We're looking for someone who enjoys talking with people, is confident on the phone, highly organized, and passionate about providing outstanding customer service.
Summer Responsibilities (May–September)Sales & Lead Management
- Call and follow up with warm leads generated through paid ads
- Build relationships with prospective clients and educate them on our hunts, memberships, lodging, and available packages.
- Convert inquiries into booked hunts and memberships.
- Schedule follow-up calls and maintain detailed customer records within our CRM.
- Respond promptly to phone, email, and social media inquiries.
- Work toward monthly booking and sales goals.
Fall & Winter Responsibilities (September–January)Client Relations & Hospitality
- Coordinate weekly guest arrivals and departures.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communication before and after each hunt.
- Send licensing information, waivers, packing lists, travel details, and trip itineraries.
- Coordinate weekly lodge changeovers to ensure accommodations are prepared for incoming guests.
- Manage daily meal deliveries to the lodge and coordinate with catering partners.
- Coordinate guest requests, dietary requirements, transportation, and special accommodations.
- Communicate with guides and management to ensure clients receive a first-class hunting experience.
Administration & Operations
- Assist with scheduling guides and organizing weekly hunt logistics.
- Track memberships, payments, and customer communications.
- Help develop and improve operational systems as the club continues to grow.
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
