Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Interlock Installer, Hardscape, and Landscape professional to join our construction team. This role involves installing interlocking pavers, stonework, and various landscape features to create durable and aesthetically pleasing outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have experience in masonry, concrete work, and landscape installation, with a strong understanding of construction principles and safety standards. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects that enhance outdoor environments while utilizing a wide range of construction skills.
Duties
- Install interlocking pavers, stonework, retaining walls, and other hardscape features according to design specifications and schematics
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate installation
- Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and machinery safely and efficiently during installation processes
- Assist with landscape design elements including planting beds, drainage systems, and decorative features
- Measure and estimate materials needed for each project to ensure proper resource allocation
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and proper equipment handling procedures
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications
- Various landscaping and hardscaping tasks while working as a team to get the job done.
Requirements
- Proven experience in interlock installation, hardscape construction, or landscape masonry
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans accurately
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and concrete finishing techniques
- Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently on job sites an asset
- Strong understanding of safety standards related to construction sites
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and perform strenuous tasks over extended periods
- Valid driver’s license preferred for transportation between job sites

Pay: $27.00-$37.00 per hour
