Duties
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the event area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate service flow during busy hours
Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant, food service, or hospitality environments preferred
- Strong guest services and customer service skills
- Knowledge of food handling, food safety standards, and responsible alcohol service
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Experience with food preparation or serving is a plus
- Hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous
- Experience in bartending an asset
