**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about rehabilitation, dedicated to patient recovery, and eager to contribute to a dynamic healthcare setting.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy treatments to improve mobility, function, and overall well-being.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and self-management strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physiotherapy assistants, kinesiologists, and massage therapists, to optimize patient outcomes.
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and clinic initiatives.
**Qualifications:**
- Licensed and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Experience in an outpatient clinic setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to patient care and professional development.
