Tutor Prime is a locally owned Calgary tutoring company providing professional in-home and online tutoring services across Calgary communities. As we continue expanding throughout Calgary, we are looking for motivated and outgoing individuals to join our growing sales and community outreach team.
This opportunity is ideal for university students, recent graduates, and motivated individuals interested in developing real-world communication, marketing, customer engagement, and sales experience while working with a flexible schedule.
This is not your typical 9–5 role. Role Overview
As a Sales Representative, you will help promote Tutor Prime services directly within assigned Calgary communities through neighborhood outreach and promotional activities.
Responsibilities include:
- Prospect and generate customer leads within assigned Calgary communities
- Introduce Tutor Prime tutoring services to parents and homeowners
- Distribute promotional materials and community offers
- Build and manage your own outreach activity pipeline
- Track assigned streets, visited homes, and lead activity using company systems
- Collaborate with the Tutor Prime operations team to support smooth customer onboarding
- Represent the Tutor Prime brand professionally within local communities
This role does not involve collecting payments or signing customer contracts at the door.

100% commission-based
