Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and food orders with meticulous attention to detail and basic math skills
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area, food prep stations, and dining space in compliance with food safety standards
- Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about products, and provide friendly service to enhance their experience
- Manage food handling responsibilities including serving food items safely and adhering to proper food safety protocols
- Support food preparation tasks as needed to ensure timely service during busy periods
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience or food service background is highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for cashiering tasks
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
- Demonstrated ability to work well as part of a team and maintain a professional demeanor at all times

Pay: $18.25-$19.00 per hour
