Small Engine Technician to join the team and help deliver exceptional service to our customers.

What You’ll Do As a Small Engine Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our customers on the road (and water) safely and efficiently.

Perform high-quality service and repairs on new and used powersports units, watercraft, and marine products

Diagnose mechanical issues and identify potential warranty concerns

Accurately document repairs and findings for warranty and service records

Collaborate closely with Service Advisors and Parts teams to ensure smooth workflow

Install accessories and complete work orders as required

Conduct quality control checks to ensure all work meets our standards

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

Participate in ongoing training and certification programs

Support team initiatives and contribute to a positive shop environment
What You Bring-
Proven experience as a Small Engine Technician (required)

Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Comfortable using computers for documentation and work orders

Valid driver’s license (driver’s abstract required)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
