Brilliant Property Management is a dynamic and fast-growing condominium management company serving communities across Ontario. We’re looking for anexperienced Licensed Condominium Manager (OLCM) to join our team.
We’re seeking someone with a proven track record in administration, procurement, time management, and strong leadership in complex environments.
What We’re Looking For
- You hold a current OLCM license in Ontario.
- You have 5+ years of experience as a condominium manager for mid-size to large condominiums.
- You bring exceptional people skills, professionalism, and emotional intelligence. Even when the people you're speaking to do not.
- You write clean, effective reports (or can effectively use AI to make it look like you do), and you speak with clarity and purpose — whether to a board or a resident.
- You are a confident decision-maker, a calm problem-solver, and a team player.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, email communication, and can quickly learn new digital tools.
- You’ve used platforms like Condo Control, BuildingLink, or similar.
- You’ve got a great sense of humour. You need one for this job.
- You like dogs. Cat people may be considered if other aspects of their candidacy are strong.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of day-to-day condominium operations.
- Manage onsite staff and contractors.
- Facilitate and attend Board of Directors meetings; prepare meeting notices, reports, and minutes.
- Coordinate major capital projects with engineers, contractors, and consultants.
- Manage budgets and financial reporting for the corporation.
- Address resident concerns and resolve issues professionally.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legislation (Condominium Act, Occupational Health and Safety Act, etc.).
- Maintain effective communication with Boards, residents, and service providers.
- Other duties related to successful condominium management.

Job Location
We are hiring for downtown Toronto, but there is the possibility for upward mobility within the company. Drivers license is preferred
