Role:
Responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of all documents associated with and required for domestic and international transportation of Olymel products. This position will report to the Logistics Supervisor.
Hours of work are 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM (flexibility required) Monday to Friday
Job Description/Essential Functions:
- Participate in the company emergency response plans, procedures, programs and measurements.
- Must work as a team player.
- Accurate and timely data entry
- Process customer invoices
- Verifying load plans to ensure shipper’s count is correct
- Creating labels for international shipments
- Working directly with Olymel customers
- Working with CFIA and CFIA Export protocols
- Working with USDA and Customs officials
- Prepare all documents for international export such as driver’s manifests, certificates of identification, customs forms, and bills of lading.
- Prepare all transport documentation for domestic loads
Qualification/Requirements
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Advanced computer skills, experience with AS/400 an asset
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- High level of accuracy
