We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will operate and maintain machinery, ensuring efficient production and adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Set up machinery for production runs and perform quality checks on finished products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
- Maintain accurate records of production data and machine performance.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and practices (SOPs)
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 25kgs.
- Stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Manual dexterity and coordination.
